Career Skills Leadership Development is HDR's internal leadership training and mentoring program that is designed to equip HDR professionals with the skills necessary to advance their career development and develop their leadership skills. The year-long program covers three distinct tracks towards development and includes a one-on-one mentoring relationship with a senior management professional. Continuing Education
Employee development is one of HDR's key values. Full-time employees are eligible for tuition assistance for job-related college level courses, or courses helpful to an individual progression within the company.
Community OutreachMany HDR offices have special committees dedicated to organizing and supporting community causes, and individual employees take it upon themselves to lead volunteer efforts that help communities.
