To prevent flooding, staff joins in the sandbagging efforts.
We participate, to have fun and compete.
To show support, we participate in community events.
We clean up our environment, because we care.

Corporate responsibility means being accountable to our employees, clients, communities and the environment, in our personal as well as professional lives. We strongly believe that giving back is not only a civic duty, but a privilege.

This tenet is nothing new to us. A 1930 promotional calendar from Henningson Engineering Company said, "There is always time enough for kindness," and that philosophy still guides us today. Employees donate thousands of dollars and hours each year to the communities where we live and work. And our helping hand has a wider reach; employees are active in Engineers Without Borders, Water for People and Design 4 Others.
