This session will examine the shift in curbside collection approaches that have been considered and/or implemented in communities with high diversion rates (50 percent plus) and examine the advantages and disadvantages of various collection techniques and potential savings through increased efficiencies. Case studies will highlight three municipal systems that have chosen alternative service delivery and collection approaches.
