This presentation will illustrate some of the latest trends affecting project cost reductions for utility scale solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation facilities. At the end of this presentation, conference attendees will understand recent trends in materials and labor reduction for facility construction including: sustainability initiatives in site development, pile optimization, electrical wire management and installation and other cost savings opportunities. Site suitability and impacts to permitting requirements will also be covered as part of the presentation.
