Architectural Record Article on Environmental Goals Features Lewis Integrated Science Building

(December 6, 2013) - The University of Oregon's Lewis Integrated Science Building, a build designed by a joint venture of HDR and THA Architecture, was featured in Architectural Record's December 2013 issue in the article "Performance Anxiety." The article focuses on the importance of creating energy models that accurately predict post-occupancy energy consumption. The Lewis Integrated Science Building case study is used to illustrate the accuracy and benefits of rigorous modeling; after one year of occupation, performance is slightly ahead of expectations.
