HDR Acquires Sharon Greene + Associates
(July 23, 2013) - HDR Engineering, Inc. has acquired the business and assets of Sharon Greene + Associates, a firm specializing in transportation economics and financial analysis with offices in California and Denver. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. HDR│Sharon Greene + Associates will operate as a strategic consulting organization, offering an extensive portfolio of financial planning, project finance and public-private partnership advisory services.
