Roling Joins HDR as Client Development Leader for Power Generation

(September 11, 2013) - Mathew Roling has joined HDR as a client development leader for power generation, based in Denver.

With more than 15 years of private sector power experience, Roling will be responsible for the development of HDR's power generation program in the United States. He will lead identification and implementation of the company's strategic goals and initiatives targeted at growing its power practice and represent HDR in the market.

Roling previously served in a variety of roles at General Electric in the power and water division since 1998. His career there included time as a gas turbine design engineer, combustion design engineer, product service engineer, 7F LTSA manager, Western Region sales manager and thermal new unit account manager. Over the last seven years, he primarily focused on business development and sales.

Roling earned degrees in mechanical engineering from Clemson University and physics from the College of Charleston. He earned a master's degree in business administration from Carnegie Mellon.
