Three HDR Leaders Named to WTS International Boards

(May 12, 2014) - Three HDR leaders have been named to serve on boards of WTS International, a professional organization dedicated to building the future of transportation through global advancement of women. All will serve two-year terms.

  • Dorri Raposa (upper right photo), client development director based in Boston, was appointed chair of the WTS Foundation Board of Directors. The Foundation works to expand scholarship opportunities to women pursuing transportation-related degrees, promote educational opportunities and career development, and sponsor and publish research related to advancing women in transportation.
  • Virginia Borkoski, a senior project manager in HDR's New York City office, was appointed as a director to the Foundation Board.
  • Mike Schneider, a principal consultant in the Los Angeles office, was appointed as a director to the WTS International Board of Directors.

During the WTS International conference this week, Terry Gruver, a management consultant in the Phoenix office, will conclude 10 years of continuous service on the WTS International Board of Directors. She has served in the elected positions of director, vice chair, chair and immediate past chair.
