HDR’s Cardoch Named Water Resource Management Director

(June 12, 2015) - Lynette Cardoch, Ph.D., has been appointed water resource management director. She joined HDR last year as director for coastal resiliency.

Cardoch is a coastal ecologist with over 20 years of experience in regulatory/policy water issues, coastal restoration and sustainability. She holds a Harvard degree in biological anthropology, a master's degree in marine affairs and policy and was a Fulbright Scholar in Spain before obtaining her Ph.D. in oceanography and coastal sciences.

She completed her post‐doctoral fellowship with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's global climate change program. Before joining HDR in 2014, Cardoch worked at MWH Global as a strategic leader for market development.
