Chicago Office Welcomes Jeff Neaves

(September 25, 2015) - Jeff Neaves, AIA, LEED Green Associate, recently joined the Chicago office as a senior project manager working predominately on healthcare projects.

Having served as a project manager for academic medical centers, community hospitals, research facilities and healthy lifestyle facilities for the past 10 years, he is excited to see his work come to fruition. "It's exciting to have some perspective to see how one type of project influences the other as we move toward improved health around the world," he says.

A senior project manager at HDR with 20 years of industry experience, Jeff is in charge of day-to-day client contact and project team management. An architect who is passionate about design and client service, Jeff is always mindful of the design process. He continually looks for opportunities to cultivate the project delivery team's talent and strength, while maintaining the bottom line.

Jeff has served as a project manager on projects including the University of Colorado Denver, Anschutz School of Medicine in Aurora, Colorado; the University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland; the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix; and Advocate Healthcare in Chicago.

"Jeff is a great addition to our studio," says Joe Cliggott, AIA, LEED AP, vice president, managing principal of the Chicago Architecture office. "Not only does he further enhance our special, 20-year relationship with Advocate Healthcare, but he also brings deep experience with integrated project delivery methods."

Jeff considers his best skills to be diplomacy and his ability to guide clients to solid solutions. What most people don't know about Jeff: In the past, he did free-lance design work for the Calvin Klein Home Collection.
