Scott Churilla Elected to Design-Build Institute of America Executive Committee

(January 15, 2016) -  Scott Churilla, vice president, Integrated Delivery Programs, was recently elected to the Design-Build Institute of America executive committee as its member at large. Churilla was elected to the DBIA board of directors in 2014.

The executive committee includes the DBIA board chair, immediate past chair, treasurer and member at large. Churilla has been active in DBIA for nine years and is a DBIA Designated Design-Build Professional.

Churilla has been with HDR since 2005. As vice president, Integrated Delivery Programs, his responsibilities include partner development, commercial risk analysis, project pursuit and execution support, and contract administration. He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Alfred University and a juris doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown.
