Young Professionals and Interns
Push for growth
Graduating, moving out on your own, maybe even thinking about getting your first place … these are exciting times for you. Our focus is making sure you have every chance to succeed in an exciting and growing work environment. Our interns and young professionals say they often learn as much in their first year of work as they did during their years in college.
Programs
Programs designed for our young professionals include a mentoring program, with the purpose of training and supporting our up-and-coming talent and future leaders. We know that we will likely learn about new technologies and new ways of doing things from our younger staff members as well. This fosters a mutual respect for our generational differences.
Young Professionals and Other Groups
As a new graduate, you are likely used to the hustle and bustle of college life. You can continue that lifestyle by participating in one or more of our many groups and committees, such as coordinating community service activities; working with office "green teams" to develop new-and-improved sustainable workplace guidelines; staying fit in our running, biking and exercise groups; and more.
Our Young Professionals Groups from around the company share ideas and resources, and help people get plugged into all that we have to offer socially, within their unique communities and within our technical work areas.
