  • Jeffrey Bradley, PSPDirector Justice Marketing

    Jeff has over 20 years of management, marketing and project experience in the justice field, including workon more than 173 justice facility projects in 27 states, Canada and Mexico, with a special focus onsophisticated electronic security control systems  Heis well-known throughout the detention, corrections, and justice industries for his knowledge of the justice and detention markets. Jeffis a board member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) International's Physical Security Council, serves on the PSC's Education Committee, and is a Physical Security Council Chapter liaison co-chair. He is a publicly elected official as a board member of the Fern Bluff Municipal Utility District in Round Rock, Texas, and is its vice president.

    Mike has over 25 years of experience focused on criminal justice, revolutionizing the role of architects in design-build through structuring deals that incentivize true integration of design and construction to streamline the delivery process. He has extensive knowledge in all phases of building design and construction. His management capabilities are strengthened by a comprehensive understanding of applicable corrections technology. Mike has received several awards for his team leadership, and a prolific speaker and author for national industry publications such as American Jails, Corrections Forum, Correctional News, and Courts Today.

  • David Yentzer, LEED APSecurity & Intelligence Leader

    David has over 38 years of management and senior executive experience with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and the U.S. Department of Defense. Prior to coming to HDR, he was responsible for the management of a $1 billion operating budget in the DHS that covered the diverse areas of Facilities and Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Environment Occupational Safety and Health, Media Center, and a National Firearms Unit. He serviced a nationwide client base of 38,000 personnel. In 1991, he was selected by the Secretary of Defense to serve on the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commission. In 2005, David was selected as a Principal to the Council for Excellence in Government. The Council for Excellence in Government is a nonpartisan, nonprofit, national body which works to improve the performance of government at all levels. Its members are personnel who served in leadership roles in government and are now in the private sector.
