Increased demand for transit systems is creating a need for new, expanded or rehabilitated transit facilities. Our transportation architects aim to improve the traveling public's experience by enhancing passenger amenities and ensuring designs reflect the character of the community. Historic preservation, ADA compliance and streetscape design are primary considerations. In addition, we work with stakeholders to develop land use, building height and density strategies that support and promote transit-oriented development. Whether the need is for a new intermodal passenger terminal or a renovated subway station, we create facilities and related public spaces that are functional, accessible, and context-sensitive.
