HDR was contracted by Proctor & Gamble to facilitate the design process of its Beijing technical center, which is identical to a "sister" facility previously designed by HDR in the United States.  Our role during the design phase was to act as the design manager and technical peer reviewer to the local Chinese design team. We coordinated the activities of the owner, architect, engineer and the local Chinese design institute to achieve the program, goals, and budget established by Proctor and Gamble management.
