MIT's Future Employee?
That's why we worked to understand each and every factor impacting the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe's public works project before we were even awarded the contract.
With no learning curve to overcome, we've jumped right into a collaborative process with MIT, focused on a solid waste plan that's set up for future growth and environmental compliance, with facilities designed for safety and contextual fit with adjacent new facilities.
Together, we're conducting workshops to work through multiple concepts, leading to a shared goal and clear project vision that addresses everything from a new transfer station, household hazardous waste drop off and recycling collection area to a wash pad, maintenance shop and office space.
By getting to know MIT, we've learned that nothing is more important to them than the people that'll be using their new public works facilities. With their people top-of-mind, the entire expansion has been planned around self performance and job creation.
