HDR brought together a multi-discipline design and permitting team for the development of six, 10 MW solar photovoltaic facilities. Meeting an eight week timeline, we executed a highly coordinated approach to ensure that work was completed on schedule and within budget, while exceeding quality and safety. Throughout construction and interconnection activities, fast response reviews of equipment submittals and changes were orchestrated.

Civil, structural, DC and low voltage, medium voltage and interconnection facilities were proposed at each site, requiring the preparation of contract documents. We worked as an extension of SunEdison's staff to permit these facilities and accommodate contract document changes. 

Five facilities are located in southeastern New Mexico and one in north central Arizona. The systems will interconnect with Southwestern Public Service (SPS) and Arizona Public Service (APS) grids.
