Wentworth Point is envisioned as a waterfront mixed-use development consisting of retail, commercial and residential components. The development will breathe new life into the Ferry Wharf precinct by creating three 9-story residential towers built atop ground floor commercial/retail podiums.
Everything about the design of the development responds to connection—connection to landscape, to place, and to community. A rich and layered public boardwalk stretches from the edge of the adjacent river directly to the built forms, creating a vibrant and communal waterfront district. The development has been designed as a robust architectural solution with each building designed to take advantage of the orientation towards the water. Visual interest is achieved through the use of a unifying screen system that provides privacy to the occupants as well as creating a bold architectural solution for the prominent facades.
