HDR's Christopher Named South Carolina Section AWWA’s Young Professional of the Year

David Christopher, a water/wastewater engineer in training in HDR’s Charleston, S.C. office, was awarded the South Carolina Section American Water Works Association’s Young Professional of the Year Award at the recent South Carolina Environmental Conference.

Christopher holds both a bachelor of science and a master of science degree in civil engineering, both from Clemson University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and AWWA.

The Young Professional Award was established in 2003 and is given to recognize the contributions of young members whose service and achievements are exceptional for their years of experience. The award is given annually at the conference to one member that has demonstrated an active commitment to the organization and the profession as a whole.
