HDR's Haid Elected to CMAA Board of Directors
Tom Haid, technical leader for water construction services has been elected to the board of directors for the Construction Management Association of America. Haid is based in HDR’s Calverton, Maryland, office.
A professional engineer, Haid is a nationally recognized leader in program and construction management who has delivered major capital programs for a wide range of water clients, both domestically and internationally. He previously served six years on the board of governors for the Construction Management Certification Institute, a subsidiary of CMAA that administers the certified construction manager program accredited by the American National Standards Institute.
With a current membership of more than 14,000, CMAA is North America’s only organization dedicated exclusively to the interests of professional construction management and program management.
The board’s responsibilities include driving the direction of CMAA and monitoring the progress of the organization's goals that benefit the membership, formulating policies and approving the annual budget.
