Three Promotions in HDR’s Denver Architecture Studio
Congratulations to Kaia Nesbitt, Christopher Kleingartner, and Jeffrey Fleischer in HDR’s Denver architecture studio for their recent promotions.
Kaia, a Design Principal (top), was promoted to Associate Vice President. Each year, existing officers are asked to nominate employees for consideration by the Executive Management Team for recognition and promotion to positions including Associate Vice President. Employees who demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, have consistently exceeded company expectations, are excellent communicators, and who uphold the values of HDR may be candidates for nomination.
With 22 years of experience, Kaia leads a range of projects both locally and nationally. Her passions for problem-solving, human-centered design, and healthy place-making are always at the forefront as she works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create solutions for facility and land-based projects.
Christopher and Jeffery were promoted to Associates. The Associates program recognizes individuals who demonstrate enthusiastic leadership appropriate to their current roles; excellence in their chosen fields; increasing levels of responsibility and independence; acceptance of responsibility for duties within and outside their current positions; and initiative toward continued growth and development activities.
Christopher is a Senior Project Designer who is highly skilled at combining complicated design solutions with strategic business savvy. With 17 years of experience, he has design expertise in the science and technology, healthcare, higher education, corporate workplace, and multi-family residential sectors.
Jeffrey, a Senior Project Architect, has nearly 30 years of experience in the field. He is passionate about dovetailing architecture, planning, and landscape architecture so it completes the whole picture for the built environment in which we live.
