Project Financial Consultant
Amanda specialises in developing financial plans, including identifying and screening potential federal, state, local, and private revenue sources; preparing conceptual financial scenarios; conducting high-level cash flow analyses; and positioning projects for federal grants and loans.
She is passionate about her work because it is integral to advancing much-needed infrastructure and ultimately improving mobility, accessibility and quality of life in communities across the country.
Amanda is an active member of WTS, having served on the WTS-DC Board as the Scholarship Chair over the past three years. She is also involved with APTA and as an Eno Fellow alumna with the Eno Centre for Transportation. Amanda has recently published two financial papers with APTA as well as presented her research on transportation sales tax initiatives to TRB.
