Quigley Named HDR's South Florida Transportation Planning Section Manager
Jill Quigley has been promoted to South Florida transportation planning section manager, based in HDR’s Fort Lauderdale office. In her new position, Quigley will work closely with HDR staff and the leadership team in South Florida to continue to expand HDR services in the South Florida region.
Quigley has more than 22 years of industry experience and has worked on a variety of transportation and land use projects, including public outreach efforts, master plans, transit alternatives analyses, local government comprehensive plans, and NEPA environmental analyses.
She joined HDR in 2014 and was formerly a senior project manager involved in managing planning, project development and environmental studies, and multimodal projects for various clients, including the Florida Department of Transportation and Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Quigley holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from Tulane University and a master of science degree in urban and regional planning.
She is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners and is a member of and officer of the Florida chapter and Broward section of the American Planning Association. She is also a member of Women in Transportation and serves on the board of directors for the South Florida chapter.
