Peter is a qualified and experienced project manager and has significant experience in program planning founded on technical and practical implementation. Peter has a focus on implementing project efficiencies, ensuring operations are conducted safely, and proactive contractor management. Having managed projects greater than $10 Million in value and over 70 personnel over numerous simultaneous projects across Queensland, Peter continually displays a balance of technical advice and strategic project management, underpinned by strong leadership skills to deliver best for project and best for the team.

Peter is passionate about getting the best results for our clients, coming up with innovative ways to solve problems and thinking outside the box to critically analyse and provide an outcome that meets all client requirements.

Peter is skilled in the full contractor management process from developing and implementing procurement strategies to contract development and ongoing contractor management. These methodologies have allowed him to successfully deliver projects to a range of clients on-time and on-budget. Formalising his years of project management experience with a diploma in project management, Peter has continued to develop and adapt his approach to ensure projects are always managed to the highest level and delivered on budget and schedule.
