Roberto helps clients take their brand to new heights by stretching existing business and experiential models beyond business-as-usual. He uses his skills in design thinking, branding, business strategy, social anthropology and daydreaming to humanise wicked problems and bring brands and experiences to life in product, space and service design. Prior to joining HDR, Roberto worked across a wide variety of industries including hospitality, food and beverage, consumer goods, retail and wellness, and renowned brand giants Unilever, Smithfield Foods, and most recently at Hyatt, where he launched a global brand of boutique hotels.
