Tom's expertise lies in civic, courts and federal planning design. He is highly involved in the development process from planning, design and schematics through construction. His responsibilities include evaluating the design of existing and proposed systems, plan and specification development, project management and quality assurance. Tom is currently engaged in managing multiple civic building projects for the military, federal border projects and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Tom is active in the AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice (AAJ) and served as the chair and organiser of the 2015 annual conference. He has been recognised for design excellence by the AAJ in the organization’s Justice Facility Review. Tom is devoted to delivering superior design and excellent customer service to both owners and stakeholders in design and construction projects.
