Stober Promoted to HDR’s Utility Management Services Director
Trent Stober has been promoted to HDR’s utility management services director, based in HDR’s Columbia, Missouri, office. In his new position, Stober is responsible for company-wide development, coordination and growth of utility management technical services, products and staff. He was formerly a senior client service manager and a national stormwater practice lead for HDR.
A professional engineer, Stober has more than 25 years of experience in water quality assessment, utility planning and regulatory support projects, including extensive experience in the water regulatory programs and the Clean Water Act. He has served as a trusted advisor to many of the largest municipal utilities in the Central US. Stober is also actively involved through various national and local trade organizations as a stakeholder shaping water quality policies and regulations at both the state and federal levels.
Stober holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and a Master of Science in civil engineering, both from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
