Stephanie Borders

With extensive experience in the public involvement and communications fields, Stephanie Borders has successfully completed the public involvement and outreach for transportation, transmission and oil projects. Stephanie enjoys developing strategic communication plans to engage and inform the public in creative and effective ways. Her speciality is working one-on-one with stakeholders and property owners to resolve difficult issues, including right of way acquisition, relocation of property access and aesthetic treatments. She is a trained facilitator with experience building consensus within groups including state, county and municipal entities and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Management. As a former journalist, she is skilled at crafting project messages and media relations.
