Tom Haid, P.E., CCM

Tom is our technical leader for the delivery of construction services in the water, wastewater and water resource markets. With over 36 years of experience, Tom is a nationally recognized leader in project, program and construction management. He has delivered major projects and capital programs for municipal clients as well as U.S. government agencies. 

Tom’s role is to support our project teams in delivering successful facilities, utilize his national position to enhance collaboration between geographically focused offices and other business groups, elevate the construction management practice, and support the pursuit of new work.   

Tom excels in personnel and staff development, and helping organizations apply best practices. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Construction Management Association of America and served six years on the Board of Governors for the Construction Management Certification Institute, which administers the ANSI-accredited Certified Construction Manager program.
