Bill Locking, Architect AIBC, AAA, FRAIC
Senior Vice President
"I believe every design solution has one key element which when identified, can be used to bring continuity and clarity to function and form. This key element can only be identified once we have a complete and full understanding of our clients’ needs and budget. I am fully involved in all of my projects from design to occupancy, interpreting our clients’ needs into exciting and functional spaces."
Bill Locking is a leader of the healthcare design team in Canada.
