Sharpening Your Stormwater Modeling Tools

Stormwater Management Made Easy

Deciding the most appropriate water quantity or quality model for stormwater projects can be daunting.

The Water Environment Federation publication, “Stormwater, Watershed, and Receiving Water Quality Modeling,” is a comprehensive guide on existing modeling tools and their applicability based on the project or task at hand.

This manual was co-authored and peer-reviewed by leading water professionals, including Nitin Katiyar, a professional associate from our Mahwah, New Jersey, office. Nitin led the development effort of the publication as the vice-chair of the Modeling Task Force. The guide represents an essential tool for water quality managers involved with planning and designing a variety of stormwater, watershed and water quality modeling management plans.

If you would like further assistance in selecting water quantity or quality models for your next stormwater project, our team can consult with you to evaluate your options and select the best-suited option to support your project needs.
