Cawley to Broaden HDR’s Industrial Client Base in Northeast
Rich Cawley has joined HDR as Northeast client development leader, based in the Mahwah, New Jersey office. His responsibilities include growing and diversifying the industrial client base in the region.
Before joining HDR, Cawley was vice president and industrial market sector director at Dewberry Engineers, where his responsibilities included developing and implementing a corporate account program to expand services, sales and geographic presence in the industrial market sector.
A professional geologist in four states with a bachelor’s degree in geoscience, Cawley is an avid participant in industrial market discussions with memberships in several organizations. He’s a three-term charter member of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Environmental Technology Trade Advisory Committee, and an active member in the Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey, Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association, CoreNet Global and various telecommunications related associations.
“There is a great opportunity in the Northeast to engage all of HDR’s diversified skill sets in this and other regions. Rich is an industry leader who will wake up every morning and drive these markets. Building upon our industrial strength in Mahwah, I’m excited Rich is on board to create a bridge to the wide-ranging industrial market,” said Matt Laccinole, senior vice president.
