HDR Names New Client Development Director for Wastewater
Brenda van Ravenswaay has joined HDR as the client development director for the wastewater market sector. Based in HDR’s Orlando, Florida, office, van Ravenswaay will work with regional and area client development leaders to advance HDR’s strategic initiatives in the wastewater sector.
Before joining HDR, van Ravenswaay spent 30-years at CH2M where she most recently served as the regional director for U.S. South and Latin America for the state and local government sector. In her career, van Ravenswaay has managed large teams and business portfolios encompassing over 800 staff and new business amounting to $700 million with earned revenue of $500 million.
She has comprehensive consulting experience ranging from program delivery, alternative delivery to operations. Her management and leadership of wastewater consulting span the entire delivery and client development spectrum.

A licensed professional engineer, van Ravenswaay holds a bachelor of science degree and a master of engineering degree in environmental engineering, both from the University of Florida.
