HDR Sells HDR | ICA Asset Management to DBi Services

HDR announced today that the firm has completed the sale of HDR | ICA Asset Management to DBi Services, which specializes in infrastructure operations and maintenance. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“Since ICA joined HDR in 2015, we’ve been working to offer full lifecycle infrastructure management services – from planning and consulting through operations and maintenance,” said Eric Keen, HDR’s chairman and CEO. “We’re proud of what we accomplished but believe this transaction will allow both of our firms to focus on the core portfolio of services we offer our clients.”

Butch Eley, former president of HDR | ICA Asset Management added, “We will continue to look for ways to work together and push the industry toward a more integrated model.”

HDR | ICA Asset Management will immediately begin operating as DBi Services. Approximately 500 employees will be reassigned as part of the transaction.
