Fletcher MacNeill to Lead HDR’s Health Practice in Philadelphia
Fletcher MacNeill, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has joined HDR as a Health Principal in Philadelphia.
In this position, MacNeill will lead HDR’s health practice in the Philadelphia area, employing over 30 years of project delivery and business development experience in the industry and his local connection to the region.
“I’ve dedicated my entire career to the planning and design of healthcare facilities and am delighted to have found a fulfillment of that purpose at HDR,” MacNeill said. “This firm practices what it preaches through a vibrant community of thought leaders who celebrate architecture as a mission-driven enterprise.”

Before joining HDR, MacNeill served as principal at NORR, Environetics, Burt Hill and Ewing Cole. He has also taught courses in architectural programming at Drexel University.
MacNeill earned his Bachelor’s degree in English Literature at Earlham College and went on to earn a Master of Architecture in health facility planning and design at Clemson University.
