HDR Adds New Emergency Management Leadership Roles for Silva, Webber
HDR’s emergency management services team has added two new members. Marc Silva will lead the team in addition to his east region construction services role. Phillip Webber will assume the role of emergency management technical support manager.
Silva actively manages response across the United States and brings 27 years of experience to emergency management, including leadership for HDR’s recent emergency effort during the 2017 Hurricane Irma disaster in the Florida Keys. Webber has spent his career helping individuals, organizations, and communities prevent, prepare, and respond to emergencies — both large and small.
HDR is growing its emergency management capability to help clients impacted by all disasters, including hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires and earthquakes. Our initiatives are focused on our clients’ most important infrastructure. These are the lifeline systems their customers depend on.
