Jeff Rhoda Joins HDR as Minnesota/Wisconsin Transportation Business Development Lead

With 31 years of experience in business development, project delivery and staff management, Jeff Rhoda has joined HDR as the Minnesota/Wisconsin transportation business development lead. 

Based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, just west of Minneapolis, Rhoda will help to further develop the transportation practice in the region. He will lead transportation business development activities, monitor market trends and build stronger relationships with clients from all markets. 

“Jeff’s efforts will align the vast array of services and expertise at HDR to help clients address their greatest infrastructure challenges,” said Central Region Transportation Director Rashed Islam. “He will strive to position our clients for success in an ever-changing world of transportation system demands, technology and environmental impacts.”

Having worked with state, county and city agencies as well as private developers, Rhoda’s career has focused on project delivery and management activities for transportation projects. He has experience with projects ranging from small intersections to major arterial expansions to large interstate improvements. Rhoda brings deep experience creating and implementing business development programs and activities, building client relationships, identifying opportunities and maximizing strategic pursuits.

“There will be continued impacts and challenges from the pandemic that change the way we interact with our clients but provide new opportunities to connect and provide trusted solutions,” Rhoda said. “The quickly developing autonomous vehicle and electrification technologies present a wide array of opportunities for HDR to continue helping our clients navigate new transportation and mobility opportunities.”
