Joe Gray Joins HDR as Arizona/New Mexico Right of Way Services Lead
Joe Gray has joined HDR as Arizona/New Mexico right of way services lead.
Based in Tucson, Arizona, Gray will lead the firm’s right of way business development activities in the Arizona and New Mexico markets and provide support as needed throughout the Southwest.
“I look forward to enhancing HDR’s service to the states' departments of transportation and local public agencies,” Gray said. “Through emerging technology and innovation, we have huge opportunities to better serve the public and our clients in providing right of way services in the Southwest."
Gray brings more than four years of Sound Transit leadership experience as the director of real property. His experience also includes three decades of Oregon Department of Transportation leadership experience in real estate services, last serving as state right of way director. Having worked in various roles within the organizations, he developed skills across all aspects of project delivery as it relates to the right of way business line.
“Joe’s leadership style, technical knowledge and professional credibility give him the ability to manage a strong and valuable program for our clients and HDR,” said Leigh Enger, real estate and right of way cross sector director.
