Webster Joins HDR as Chief Technology Officer
Justin Webster has joined HDR as Chief Technology Officer. He will lead and manage a comprehensive technology vision for the largest 100% employee-owned architecture/engineering firm headquartered in the United States.
In this new executive-level position, Webster will help direct efforts among three departments that focus on applied technologies, enterprise resources and information technology — a team of experts supporting nearly 12,000 employees worldwide.
“Many of the technology trends across most industries apply to the architecture/engineering industry, like automation, remote collaboration and cloud technologies," Webster said, "and there are also interesting opportunities for emerging technologies, as well.”
Prior to joining HDR, Webster was vice president of innovation strategy at LPL Financial in Omaha, Nebraska. He also served as director of TD Ameritrade’s exploration lab and worked for the financial giant for nearly eight years.

Webster earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Doane College and a master’s in management information systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
