Brandy has experience as an Industrial Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt and Manager of Perioperative Services Operations, connecting with clients by combining the analytic prowess of an engineer with the understanding of a healthcare administrator. She is skilled in healthcare leadership, operational improvement and design and discrete event simulation with a proven ability to successfully lead complex, innovative improvement efforts while proactively managing relationships throughout changing environments.
Brandy single-handedly created the Operations Design team at HDR to help clients find the most efficient and effective ways to deliver healthcare, bridging the gap between current realities and future operations. She guides healthcare clients toward change by combining process improvement strategies with a collaborative “silo-busting” process designed to break down organizational boundaries and hierarchies. Brandy is a problem-solver committed to improving the performance and quality of the healthcare industry. By tying facility goals to calculable metrics, clients can truly measure the success of the changes implemented.
Brandy was named to Building Construction + Design’s 40 under 40 list in 2016 and shares her expertise lecturing at conferences and contributing to publications.
