Jessica Adams-Weber, P.E.
Water Client Development Lead
Jessica collaborates with local staff and regional leadership to advance our strategic initiatives in the drinking water, wastewater, stormwater and federal water sectors. Her engineering specialties include drinking water and wastewater design and planning, including regulatory negotiations and coordination with state and local agencies.
She serves her water and wastewater clients in a trusted advisor role as owner’s representative. Jessica and our specialized-discipline team have supported utilities throughout Missouri and Kansas with procurement and design/construction review support for their alternative delivery projects.
Jessica, along with the Missouri and Kansas water manager, has created a mentorship program for young water professionals.
She also maintains an active membership with the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Federation both nationally and locally. She currently serves as the Kansas AWWA Membership Committee Chair.
