Jon Holler

A senior facility design manager in our Nashville office, Jon brings a quarter of a century of experience in planning, design and construction of maintenance and operations facilities. He has helped lead planning and design for more than 50 municipal service centers, transit facilities and other vehicle maintenance facilities throughout the United States. They have ranged in size from $5 million in construction value to more than $100 million.

Jon is passionate about being an expert with specific project and building types, and about being able to lead and educate teams through the design process. His expertise was instrumental in shaping industry benchmark facilities such as Denver Regional Transportation District’s Elati Rail Facility and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Division 13 Bus Maintenance and Operations Facility. He excels at managing some of our largest and most complex projects, guiding project teams from initial planning and conceptual design through construction close out. Jon’s ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams to make great projects possible has earned him wide industry recognition in maintenance facility design.
