Kathryn (Kabby) is a project manager who has helped water and wastewater utilities in the upper Midwest focus on long-range resource evaluation, infrastructure planning and utility management, including water reuse program development.
She believes reuse is an important strategy for utilities to provide water and wastewater services within the broader context of water resource sustainability.
An effective communicator and skilled at conceptual project development, Kabby explores the complex connections between water sources and public water supply and enjoys working with clients and project teams to provide technical solutions integrated with resource evaluation and effective public engagement.
With her comprehensive background, Kabby can provide a bridge between technical analysis and the social and environmental implications of resource challenges. She is an active member of the American Water Works Association.
