Strategic Communications Deputy Section Manager
Marsha brings 24 years of experience in all aspects of public involvement and outreach working with a variety of technical disciplines including planning, environmental and engineering during the planning, design and construction of public infrastructure improvements projects.
For the last 16 years, she has been a liaison between public agencies and the public, communicating project information, traffic impacts, working one-on-one with residents and businesses and resolving challenges for positive outcomes. In this capacity, she has been on the front-line of initial contact with residents and businesses explaining study details or a project that will soon occur in their area.
Marsha is a member of the International Association for Public Participation and Women’s Transportation Seminar.
