Phillip Webber, an emergency management preparedness lead, has more than 30 years of experience in disaster preparedness and response, public and private sector safety, emergency recovery and homeland security.
Phillip has spent his career helping individuals, organizations, and communities prevent, prepare, and respond to emergencies — both large and small. His greatest professional satisfaction comes from helping communities become more resilient.
He has a proven record in EM program development through partnerships and team-building with government agencies, first responders, nonprofit and faith-based organizations and residents.
Phillip’s experience, combined with executive-level leadership in public sector emergency management, enables him to identify and prioritize EM program needs, incorporate diverse interests, and lead the implementation of strategies that improve disaster outcomes.
