Offshore Wind Program Lead

An expert in renewable energy, Ray closely monitors the industry and advises clients with specific strategies. He has engaged in some of the largest offshore wind energy ventures in the world. Recently, Ray’s managed offshore feasibility studies, due diligence reviews and optimization studies and onshore infrastructure support for multiple 1-plus gigawatt projects.

With more than 25 years of experience in environmental resource management, Ray’s career started with cultural resource surveys. He gained valuable insights and learned to manage every phase of large-scale energy projects.

Ray now applies lessons learned from other regions of the world to the rapidly evolving wind farms off the U.S. Northeastern coast. He assists both developers and local utility companies with expanding and refining their respective offshore wind assets.

Ray’s been a member of multiple global trade and industry organizations. He holds a master’s degree in anthropology, and bachelor’s degrees in biology and anthropology from Syracuse University.
