Rich is routinely involved in the design of our largest and most complex treatment facilities. Rich has more than 40 years of engineering experience including master planning, design, and construction of treatment plants using conventional and alternative delivery methods.
In the past 10 years, he has planned, designed or evaluated more than 15 membrane facilities that treat potable, recycled or industrial water in California alone. His expertise enables water providers to improve their operations and deliver the most value to their stakeholders and community. In a recent value engineering analysis, Rich identified 41 improvements to a regional recycled water system and recommended eight that could yield an estimated savings of $6.5 million.
He has published and presented several papers on his experience and findings as he continues to design and implement innovative strategies for potable water treatment and indirect potable reuse treatment and delivery.
