Sarah Clark, P.E.
As our national drinking water regulatory expert, Sarah Clark maintains close relationships within the drinking water regulatory arena and works on several national committees. Some of her committee work has spanned 20 years! This work has allowed her to have some direct input into the development of drinking water regulatory frameworks and the ability to comment on regulatory proposals coming from the EPA.
Sarah is passionate about helping water utilities provide the highest drinking water quality that they can realistically produce, improving treatment plants whenever possible so that operators can do great work, and teaching others about drinking water treatment and operations.
On the advice of her graduate advisor, Sarah has spoken at a conference at least once per year since 1991 — a good exercise in discipline and humility. She’s authored an AWWA guide for G100 Standard use and published several papers.
