Lead, Oil & Gas Terminals
Scott’s story is one of dedication and growth. After joining HDR in 1998 as a CAD technician, he gained expertise with rail and terminals projects and worked his way up to vice president and oil and gas terminals practice lead. Now he oversees all terminal projects in the industrial, oil and gas sectors.
He's passionate about finding better and cleaner ways to use, transport and store valuable energy resources. He offers clients lessons learned and international best management practices for the conceptual planning, design and construction of local terminal projects.
Scott’s terminal experience started on the rail side and expanded to include loading and unloading of a variety of liquid bulk, dry bulk and gas products. Scott is a member of the American Railway Engineering Maintenance Association, where he’s a regular presenter with his industry peers.
