Senior Air Quality Specialist
Terri Rector Fann is our air quality practice group lead. She has over 25 years of combined industry and consulting experience. She provides services in stationary source air permitting, conformity, audits and inventories. Her recent experience includes Department of Defense operations, terminals, surface coating, chemical production, manufacturing and oil and gas among others. Her current regional expertise is the central, northern and southern United States.
Her focus on air permitting allows businesses to function alongside protecting and nourishing the Earth’s clean air, enhancing human lives. Her work style is science and engineering based, future focused, team oriented, responsive and drive to zero with regard to quality and defensibility of written materials.
Her work as project manager, engineer and trainer encompasses NESHAP, Title V, NSPS, PSD, nonattainment, greenhouse gas/climate change issues and source construction and operating permits. She assembles strong, successful teams and provides expert, often simplified, innovative compliance systems and strategies.
As project manager, she has received positive ACASS ratings on all Department of Defense projects. She has received various internal awards for leadership and client service, and provides thought leadership on air quality both within and outside HDR.
